Administrators and teachers from three Virginia schools visited Chatham Hall this week to observe and learn more about our successful iPad Program.

The schools - St. Margaret's School (Tappahannock, VA), North Cross (Roanoke, VA), and Tandem Friends (Charlottesville, VA) – sent representatives after seeing Chatham Hall’s presentation at the VAIS (Virginia Association for Independent Schools) Technology Conference in Charlottesville earlier this year.

The guests visited classrooms to observe teachers using iPads and met with students and Chatham Hall’s iPad Team to ask questions and learn more as they consider similar programs.

Chatham Hall’s iPad program is in its first year but has already seen a wide range of classroom successes and continues to build on this strong momentum.

“Our program is unique, and uniquely successful, because of the teacher-and-student-centered focus,” shared Rector Dr. Gary Fountain. “It is designed and directed by the teachers.”
