Anu A. '27 First Team All-Conference Field Hockey Goalie

Anu A. '27 stepped up to be the goalie for field hockey this season. Anu fearlessly was in goal for over 522 minutes this season with 148 shots on goal and 133 saves. Since her freshman year, Anu has been training to be a goalie in soccer which translated into being an excellent goalie for field hockey. Every day after warm ups, Anu would put on her goalie gear and run over to the goal to practice keeping the ball out of the net, whether it was in the air or rolling across the goal. Other teams and their coaches would comment on how great Anu was in goal and with the determination, grit and striving for success her goalie skills will continue to grow till her senior year at Chatham Hall. Anu is a great asset to the team and we look forward to seeing what she can do next season!
