Chatham Hall Students to Attend Close Up Conference in Washington, D.C.
Chatham Hall is proud to announce that four of our students will be traveling to Washington, D.C., to participate in the Close Up Foundation’s four-day conference, Empowering Girls’ Voices: The President’s First Hundred Days. This unique opportunity brings together high school students from across the country to engage in meaningful discussions on national issues, develop problem-solving strategies, and explore ways to make an impactful difference in their communities.
Representing Chatham Hall at the conference will be:
YoYo B. ’26
Raine B. ’27
Lucy Paige E. ’26
Grace O. ’26
These students will collaborate with peers from diverse backgrounds to gain a deeper understanding of current policies and leadership challenges while refining their own voices as engaged citizens.
Accompanying them will be Ms. Vicky Cruz and Mr. Keiran Conrad, who will provide guidance and support throughout their experience. We cannot wait to hear more about their time in D.C.
