Chatham Hall riders showcased their talent and dedication at the Equestrian Talent Search clinic, achieving remarkable success and preparing for future opportunities.
On November 9 and 10, eight Chatham Hall girls participated in the Equestrian Talent Search (ETS) clinic at Hollins University. The event was a wonderful opportunity for our riders to showcase their skills and connect with experts in the field.
The two-day clinic offered unique experiences: Saturday focused on college recruitment, while Sunday featured a Hunt Seat Equitation Clinic. During the Recruiting Clinic, clinicians evaluated riders, selecting one participant from each clinic location to receive the prestigious Emory & Henry College $5,000 scholarship awarded to the Most Outstanding Rider.
We are thrilled to share that Lainey R. ’26 was chosen as the scholarship recipient for the Hollins location! Her dedication and talent stood out among a field of exceptional riders, earning her this incredible honor.
The excitement continues as four more of our students prepare to present at the next clinic, which will be held at Sweet Briar on December 8, 2024. We are eager to see their hard work and passion in action!
