Winter Musical Brings Hadestown: Teen Edition to Life!

On Thursday, February 27, Friday, February 28, and Saturday, March 1, Hermes led us on a mesmerizing story trail through the myth of Orpheus and Eurydice in Hadestown: Teen Edition.

With the seasons growing colder and food becoming scarce, Eurydice found herself seeking sustenance, drawn toward the promise of something more. Meanwhile, Orpheus, a dreamer with a song in his heart, held the key to bringing balance back to the world—restoring the warmth of spring and fall.

Below the earth, Hades ruled over the underworld alongside his beloved wife, Persephone, who longed for a life beyond the sweltering heat of her subterranean home. As the tale unfolds, the Fates and the tireless workers of Hadestown weave their stories into the journey, guiding us through a world of love, sacrifice, and haunting melodies.

Each performance was a testament to the power of storytelling and music, as our cast and crew transported us into a place where myth and reality merged. Whether it was the heart-wrenching ballads, the rhythmic energy of the workers, or the tension of Orpheus’s fateful choice, Hadestown left its mark on all who watched.
Bravo to everyone who brought this story to life!
